EVALUASI KURIKULUM SEBAGAI PENDORONG KOMPETENSI SISWA : MENGGABUNGKAN METODE KUALITATIF DAN KUANTITATIF UNTUK HASIL YANG HOLISTIK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum melalui aspek input, proses, dan output dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif berbasis model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi sumber dan teknik digunakan untuk meningkatkan validitas hasil penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek input, faktor guru, fasilitas, bahan ajar, kebijakan pendidikan, serta kebutuhan peserta didik merupakan komponen kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Pada aspek proses, efektivitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, pemilihan metode pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar-mengajar, dan dukungan manajemen sekolah. Pada aspek output, prestasi belajar, kompetensi siswa, dan kepuasan stakeholder menjadi indikator penting keberhasilan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa evaluasi kurikulum harus dilakukan secara berkala dan holistik untuk mendukung pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif, relevan, dan selaras dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern.
